Knowledge & document assistants

AI knowledge assistants
& document search.

Build assistants that work with approved business knowledge. We plan the document lifecycle, access boundaries, retrieval behavior, and answer evaluation so the experience fits the way your organization uses information.

HOW WE HELP

From the right questions
to practical delivery.

01

Prepare the knowledge

Identify approved sources, document owners, and refresh needs.

02

Respect access boundaries

Design retrieval around the information each person is authorized to use.

03

Make answers reviewable

Include references and uncertainty handling where supported by the solution.

04

Evaluate and maintain

Test representative questions and define how content and quality will be maintained.

AGREE THE SCOPE. MAKE PROGRESS VISIBLE.

Clear deliverables.
A shared direction.

We adapt the depth of the engagement to your goals, existing environment, and constraints. Your proposal defines the final scope.

  • A knowledge-source plan
  • A working assistant pilot
  • Access and answer-quality evaluation
  • Content maintenance responsibilities

PLANNING YOUR PROJECT

RAG starts with the knowledge lifecycle and access model.

Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) supplies relevant source information to a language model when preparing an answer. A useful business implementation also needs document ownership, refresh and deletion behavior, access-aware retrieval, and evaluation of the final answer. Retrieval does not itself guarantee a correct response.

A WORKFLOW TO CONSIDER

An internal policy assistant could search approved documents available to the signed-in user, cite the material used, and indicate when the sources do not support an answer. Questions about superseded documents and restricted records belong in the evaluation set.
